print spooler acts as an intermediary between your computer
and your printer. It allows your software to communicate with your
hardware while printing. If your Print Spooler service has troubles,
use this tool to repair it.
To Print Spooler,
do as below:

the System Fix button on the left side, and then
click the Print Spooler button.
