Step 3 Create a profile
1 In the Profile Name box, type Test, and then click OK to name the new-email profile.
2 Take outlook 2007 as an example

• Click to select the Manually configure server settings check box.
• Click Next.
• On the Choose Email service page, click Internet Email.
• Click Next.
• Fill in the boxes in the Internet Email Settings dialog box. Make sure that the Account Type setting is set to POP3.
• Click Next, follow the instructions to finish the process.
