About Cookies

A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, Internet cookie, or browser cookie, is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user's web browser while the user is browsing that website. Every time the user loads the website, the browser sends the cookie back to the server to notify the website of the user's previous activity. How to Enable Cookies

For Internet Users

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

For Chrome Users

  1. Click the Chrome menu icon Chrome menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings.

Enable or disable cookies:

  •     To enable cookies, select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  • To disable cookies, select Block sites from setting any data.
  • Click Done to save.
